We are looking for someone that has experience with the Templatic Real Estate 2.
We have the template loaded but need someone to finish the project for us.
Here is a rough guide to what still need to be done.
??? Only one size picture will be excepted as larger size will make the front page look wrong
??? Add more search fields and make the search box look nicer by lining up the field boxes
??? Make it easier to submit property and upload photos of own property
??? Make the map view search work properly
??? Adding extra categories
??? Able for seller to easily add SOLD sign when sold
??? Able to search on SOLD properties
??? Make the colors on the website look nicer
??? Add a services directory to the theme
??? Ensure all search fields are working
??? (3 widgets) remove call us
??? Make mobile phone template for this site (Maybe)
??? Make the numbers in search field look nice eg: price $200,000-$400,000
??? Page that shows SOLD properties
??? Want the Property title to be the address of the property
??? When signing up, seller can choose if they are private seller or RE agent
??? If seller is private seller then profile picture is a predefined default one
??? When viewing a property, add a express interest or Contact Seller
We expect that there will be a few extra things needed to be completed that is not listed above which we expect to still be covered in the price.
If you do not feel that you could fully complete this project then DO NOT APPLY.
